UNITRAY 2 has been awarded the SMART Label at HOST 2015!
Thanks to its distinctive features and the improvements introduced in terms of functionality, technology used, sustainability and ethical standards, UNITRAY 2 was awarded this important achievement.
ALUFRAME is based on an unwelded perimetral chassis made of anodized aluminium profiles, which grants unparalleled firmness and lightness while increasing stiffness and structural strength. In addition, the lack of welds allows the technician to disassemble completely the trolley, reducing maintenance costs and providing a longer product life span.
Furthermore, during HOST 2015 Rational Production decided to present two new air-convection solutions based on the ALUFRAME technology:
- DSPRO SYSTEM – single tray meal delivery dissociated technology system;
- EVOMULTI 2 – bulk food trolley for meal distribution in front of the guest.
